Making Language Learning Fun
Flip4Kids summer camps combine the fun of a traditional summer camp with the benefits of full language immersion. Campers learn naturally through play, music, movement, arts & crafts, cooking, games, and hands-on projects—all conducted in the target language.
Each week is designed as a stand-alone experience, making it easy for children to join for one week or multiple weeks, consecutive or non-consecutive.
How Immersion Works at Flip4Kids
Children are encouraged to respond naturally and build confidence at their own pace. Our teachers interact with students individually, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every learner.
Daily activities include:
- Vocabulary and song review
- Interactive language games
- Creative projects and movement
- Story time and cultural activities
After just a few days, children forget they are “learning a language” and focus on having fun with friends.
Appropriate for All Levels
Most campers are beginners, and no prior language experience is required.
We also welcome children who are native speakers or have prior language exposure.
Advanced students receive additional speaking challenges and opportunities throughout the day to strengthen fluency, reading, and writing skills.
Flexible Times for Busy Families
Flip4Kids offers flexible scheduling to support family travel and work schedules:
- Half-Day Camps (Morning or Afternoon)
- Full-Day Camps
- 2-day, 3-day, or 5-day weekly options
- Attend one week or multiple weeks
Weeks do not need to be consecutive.
Summer’s Promise: Willing speakers Ages 11 – 16
This advanced Spanish immersion program is designed for older students with prior Spanish experience. Campers sign a Summer’s Promise agreement committing to speaking Spanish with teachers and peers throughout the day.
Students will:
- Research, read, and write in Spanish
- Participate in cultural projects
- Engage in Spanish music, food, and conversation
Requirements:
Students must be able to read and write in Spanish and agree to the Spanish-only expectation.
This program has a minimum enrollment requirement to run.
